MeasureFlow Studio — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MeasureFlow Studio ("Studio", "we", "us"), the service that helps kitchen & joinery businesses ("you", the "Partner") turn their completed jobs into marketing. By subscribing or using Studio you agree to these Terms.

1. Your content stays yours

Everything you or your systems send to Studio — measures, floor plans, renders, photos, job data and files ("Your Content") — remains your property. Studio claims no ownership over it. You grant us only a limited, revocable licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service you have subscribed to, and, separately, to use it for marketing only if you have switched on Co-Marketing (see clause 3).

2. Studio & staff lockout

Your workspace is not open for us to browse. Studio and its staff, contractors and systems are prohibited from accessing, viewing, copying, analysing or using Your Content except:

to the minimum extent necessary to operate and support the service you are paying for (for example, importing a job you have sent, fixing a fault, or responding to a support request you raise); or
where you have switched on Co-Marketing consent, and then only within the limits of clause 3.

We do not mine, repurpose, sell, or train third-party advertising on Your Content. Access to Partner files is restricted to authorised operator accounts and is enforced in the system itself — a Partner's job images cannot be moved into, or published by, our marketing tools unless that Partner has switched Co-Marketing on. Turning Co-Marketing off closes that access again.

3. Co-Marketing (opt-in, off by default)

Co-Marketing is off unless you turn it on in your Studio settings. While it is on, you permit us to feature your completed work on our brand channels (MeasureFlow, Cabinet Care, MeasureFlow Studio) and, where relevant, co-branded with your business, on the following basis:

We may use de-identified renders, floor-plan drawings and finished-kitchen photos from your jobs.
Posts may credit your business and show your logo and public business details (name, area, tagline, handles) — this markets you as well as us.
Homeowner personal details are never published — no names, addresses, contact details, reports, or room data. A job is only ever referred to as "a recent project".
You may switch Co-Marketing off at any time. We will stop using your content for new marketing, and will remove or unpublish existing co-marketing posts on request where practicable.

Why switch Co-Marketing on — what you get

Co-Marketing isn't just permission for us — it's free promotion for your business. When it's on:

Your finished jobs get featured across Studio's brand channels — content you didn't have to shoot, write, or schedule.
You're included in our paid advertising. Studio runs paid campaigns (e.g. Meta) from the console; opted-in Partners' work is put in front of a targeted local audience at no ad spend to you.
Every post is co-branded to you — your logo, business name, area and handles — so the reach, the enquiries and the reviews build your brand, not just ours.
More leads, more proof, more visibility — the same flywheel that markets Studio markets you alongside it.
Zero risk: always approve-first, always de-identified for the homeowner, and you can switch it off anytime.

Leave it off and your jobs stay completely private to your account — you simply don't receive this promotion.

4. Homeowner consent is your responsibility

You confirm you have the homeowner's permission to share photographs of a completed job before you mark it consented. Studio de-identifies posts, but you are responsible for the underlying permission to use images of a customer's home.

5. Approve-first publishing

Nothing is published automatically without a human approving it. Content Studio prepares is placed in an Approve queue; a post only goes live once approved (or scheduled by you). Paid advertising is built paused and requires your explicit approval before it runs.

6. Subscription, fees & cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and pauses the service at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Data, security & deletion

We store Your Content securely and apply access controls so each Partner's data is isolated. On written request, or on account closure, we will delete Your Content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to share, and not to use Studio to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

9. Liability

Studio is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we will notify you and, where appropriate, ask you to re-accept. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
