This policy explains what MeasureFlow Studio collects, how we use it, and the strict limits we place on our own access to your files.
We use your data only to provide the service you subscribed to — storing your jobs, preparing draft content, and (with your approval) publishing it. We use it for marketing only if you have switched on Co-Marketing.
Your workspace is not open for us to browse. Studio staff and systems only access your content to run or support the service, or where you have enabled Co-Marketing. The system itself blocks a Partner's job images from entering our marketing tools unless that Partner has opted in — and turning Co-Marketing off closes that access again. We never sell your content or use it to train third-party advertising.
Where a job includes a homeowner's details (name, address, contact, reports), that information is never published. Co-marketing posts are de-identified and refer to a job only as "a recent project".
To run the service we use trusted processors, limited to what each needs: cloud hosting and database (Supabase), social publishing (bundle.social), advertising delivery when you run paid campaigns (Meta), caption drafting (Anthropic), payments (Stripe), and email (Resend). We do not sell your data to anyone.
Data is stored securely with per-Partner access isolation. We keep your content while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after account closure or on written request, except limited records we must retain by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can switch Co-Marketing off at any time. Contact admin@measureflow.com.au.
